• Participants must be at least 6 years old to play on the aqua park.
• Participants must have signed a waiver or have a waiver signed for them if a minor.
• Participants must wear a life-vest.
• Participants must be sober; if someone is under the influence of drugs, alcohol, or any other substances, they will be denied access to the aqua park.
• Always look before you jump to ensure no one is in the water below you.
• Take caution on & around the cement footer.
• Obey the aqua guides at all times.
• Only one person on a rope at a time.
• Do not swim under the inflatable features.
• Stay within the aqua park boundaries (marked by buoys).
• Absolutely no bullying - no shoving people off, no rough play, no name calling, etc.
• No refunds for inclement weather; you will receive a voucher to rebook at another time.
• Be courteous of everyone else at the aqua park and help each other out.
• No water shoes.
• No cut-off shorts - proper swim attire only.
